EXPERIENCED B-LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
$30–$35 PER FLAGGED HOUR | NO WEEKENDS.

AutoMed is hiring an experienced B-level automotive technician for our busy independent repair shop in Goldsboro, NC.
This is a full-time, flat-rate position for a dependable technician who can complete general automotive repairs independently, efficiently and correctly.

COMPENSATION:
  • $30–$35 per flagged hour, based on experience and ability.
  • 100% production-based flat-rate pay.
  • Strong, steady workflow.
  • Monday–Friday schedule.
  • No weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Brakes.
  • Steering and suspension.
  • Cooling-system repairs.
  • A/C service and repair.
  • Maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
  • Basic electrical testing and diagnosis.
  • Alignments and tire-related repairs.
  • Complete digital vehicle inspections.
  • Accurately document testing, findings and recommendations.
  • Perform required quality-control checks.
  • Follow AutoMed’s established repair procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least three years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
  • Able to perform B-level repairs independently.
  • Must own the tools necessary for the position.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
