EXPERIENCED B-LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
$30–$35 PER FLAGGED HOUR | NO WEEKENDS.

AutoMed is hiring an experienced B-level automotive technician for our busy independent repair shop in Goldsboro, NC.

This is a full-time, flat-rate position for a dependable technician who can complete general automotive repairs independently, efficiently and correctly.

COMPENSATION:

$30–$35 per flagged hour, based on experience and ability.
100% production-based flat-rate pay.
Strong, steady workflow.
Monday–Friday schedule.
No weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brakes.
Steering and suspension.
Cooling-system repairs.
A/C service and repair.
Maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
Basic electrical testing and diagnosis.
Alignments and tire-related repairs.
Complete digital vehicle inspections.
Accurately document testing, findings and recommendations.
Perform required quality-control checks.
Follow AutoMed’s established repair procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least three years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
Able to perform B-level repairs independently.
Must own the tools necessary for the position.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Willingness to follow established procedures and quality standards.
ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
